Agility Robotics' Digit Demonstrates High Performance at ProMat 2025

At the recent ProMat 2025 trade show in Chicago, Agility Robotics showcased its humanoid robot, Digit, achieving a 98.96% success rate over 28 continuous hours of operation across three and a half days. This performance underscores Digit's potential in automating tasks within logistics and manufacturing sectors.

Digit, a bipedal robot designed to operate in human-centric environments, performed three distinct tasks during the event. While specific details of these tasks were not disclosed, the robot's consistent performance highlights its adaptability and reliability. Agility Robotics' cloud management platform, Agility Arc, played a crucial role in managing Digit's operations, facilitating seamless task execution and monitoring.

The success at ProMat 2025 builds upon Agility Robotics' previous deployments. In 2024, the company partnered with GXO Logistics to integrate Digit into warehouse operations, where the robot effectively handled tasks such as picking up totes from autonomous mobile robots and placing them onto conveyors.

To support the scaling of Digit's deployments, Agility Robotics has collaborated with Ricoh USA. This partnership aims to enhance customer support capabilities across North America, ensuring efficient service and maintenance for Digit units in various operational settings. (Read more here)

As Agility Robotics continues to refine Digit's capabilities and expand its operational footprint, the robot's performance at ProMat 2025 serves as a testament to the viability of humanoid robots in addressing labor shortages and enhancing efficiency in industrial environments.
